How Residential Support Works

CTS uses a ticket-based helpdesk with secure remote access tools. When something breaks or feels slow, you submit a ticket or call our helpdesk. A technician connects remotely to diagnose and fix the issue, and on-site visits are available when required.

Plans are device-based and billed monthly so you always know what your IT costs will be. You can add or remove devices as your household changes.
